MR. BORNSTEIN IS VERY FAIR, DETAILED AND ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR ME AS A CLIENT THAT ALL IS DONE PROPERLY AND NO EXTRA/OVER CHARGES ARE ALLOWED WHEN I'VE HAD MY HOME REFINANCED. I TRUST HIM WITHOUT QUESTION BUT HE IS ALWAYS READY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE WITH REGARD TO HOW ANYTHING IS APPLIED OR USED ON MY CLOSING DOCUMENTS.
