William Tingley is an absolute disaster of an attorney. He took me for $3,000 and after speaking with an attorney friend, I am not the first he has taken advantage of. He did not file my appeal against the meaningful part of the Circuit Court order. He filed a frivolous appeal that added absolutely no value, and in fact, made my situation worse.
