Following graduation from law school, Mr. Stinnett practiced for a large regional law firm. He then served as a law clerk for United States District Court Judge Joseph H. McKinley, Jr., of the Western District of Kentucky. Mr. Stinnett spent the last three years practicing in Washington, D.C., where he gained a range of experience working on cases involving products liability, insurance coverage and corporate criminal investigations. Mr. Stinnett joined the firm in June 2007 and focuses his practice on commercial litigation and bankruptcy.
