Mr. Alphin is the managing partner of Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC, whose practice concentrates primarily in commercial and retail litigation. After spending two years as an attorney with the Jefferson County Public Defender’s Office, Mr. Alphin joined Lloyd & McDaniel PLC in 2003. He now not only represents a broad range of clients but also works to market and manage the retail collections operation within Lloyd & McDaniel PLC. Mr. Alphin is also very active with the National Creditors Bar Association (NCBA), where he has held multiple leadership roles. He is a past three term member of the NCBA Board of Directors.

Hired Attorney

I called the firm and requested to speak to lawyer and I had to speak to whoever answered the phone. We ended up putting my account on hold until we could get my questions answered. Told me to call back in a week. I called back and since its on a hold they cant discuss the account -but went ahead and sent my garnishment to my employer without the hold being settled. Very unprofessional. They took my number twice now to call me back and haven't heard from anyone.

Hired Attorney

This guy works for a crooked lawfirm they have been sued numerous times. I am suing this guy and filing a FTC and a CFPB complaint was already filed. Don't agree to anything these clowns say. They improperly served me at the wrong address wrong jurisdiction wrong county. If that isn't unethical what is?
