I made the decision early in my practice that I would only represent workers and not the corporations and agencies that employee them. Because of this, Abney Law is dedicate to protecting and expanding the rights of workers in Kentucky. Whether I'm in the courtroom, in front of a panel of appellate judges, advocating to members of the state legislature, or at the sitting negotiating table next to you, at Abney Law our top priority is making sure workers in Kentucky are treated fairly and with the dignity they deserve.Practice Highlights:Isham, et al. v.
