Before I connected with Aaron Murphy, I researched other attorneys and rejected them because of their reviews. I did hire a attorney before Aaron Murphy and he took my case and then dropped me after the opposition was too aggressive and not wanting to settle. I found out that most of what the uninformed public doesn't know is that most attorneys that advertise strongly, simply sell a case to a inapt starving attorney that needs work. Aaron Murphy is triple sharp and got me a huge settlement

Worst Law Firm I have dealt with. Greg Simms took my case ofcourse, after giving him $5500 & almost 3 years later he withdraws as my council. Stating that we had discussed him withdrawing over the phone! That was 100% a big fat lie! Tried to file a complaint with (so called) Management of the office & of course they stood behind their lying associate (so called) lawyer! There are way too many professionals out there to choose these circus clowns! Greg Simms is the most unprofessional arrogant liar that I have had the displeasure of dealing with. They got me for $5500 don’t let them get you!! Scam!!!

This story is true. I called Murphy Law fand met with Crystal Stack house who introduced herself as Aaron's Murphy's paralegal. She took all of my information and spent a few hours with me since no on had my appointment scheduled in the books. She had me sign many papers making sure I had discontinued with my former lawyer and then I signed a paper saying that Murphy LAw would now represent me. I spent a great deal of time faxing and forwarding as well as hand carrying much information. I told Crystal to be sure to file the appeal in time to not lose my final chance at an appeal she assured me she would. I called her many time and she would not return my calls finally I called and asked the to speak with her it was necessary since I only had about five day sleft in the two month period to appeal my five year case. She told me she was at home and was having her calls forwarded since she had left the firm. I asked her if my appeal had been filed. She did not know. So I quickly called and demanded to speak with Aaron Murphy who I had never even met but trusted his paralegal's word that he was trustworthy. He finally called me back and I set up an appointment to see meet him face to face and find out when he filed my papers. He came in introduced himself and proceeded to had me back copies of my documents and told me he would not take my case. AfterI had signed with hima and thought my appeal had been filed. I was upset but I simply asked him to give me a release statement that his paralegal Crystal had been so insistent I give her. He refused and I told him I need this document so I can find another lawyer and file the appeal your office had told me had been filed over a week ago. The man became beligerent and told me to leave, then called the police. I have a sweet service dog who loves everyone and Kiki got lose and tried to lick him and he told the police my pomeranian puppy was attacking him. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND PRECIOUS SHOT AND GETTING THE DISABILITY YOU DESERVE BY TRUSTING THIS MAN.I found him unethical, immoral, insensitiveand uncaring. IS this the kind of disability lawyer you want to trust with your case????
