Kenneth took on my case which he claimed they “firm” most likely would take on contingency. He took the initial retainer and then bounced me around to a few different attorneys in the practice which racked up the bill. Then they, Kenneth and another practicing Lawyer requested additional money to continue to work on a case that they didn’t seem to think they had correct jurisdiction for which if they believed that then should have never taken my retainer to start with. Luckily I’m able to move forward but I wasted a year working with this lawyer as the “likely” process to a contingency case was very misleading. I never leave bad reviews but I’m hoping to save someone else the trouble I went through.
