Hired Attorney

I hired David lambertus as my attorney in a domestic case which I have maintained and still maintained my innocence, the plaintiff lied she came forward and told the prosecuting attorney that she lied about it David knew that she lied about it and I was innocent and he advised me to take a guilty plea on an amended charge with a plea bargain , which my response is no plea bargain is it good deal for someone innocent of what they're being tried for and as my paid attorney he advised me it was a good idea to take the deal because if I didn't they were going to give me time on a probated charge I had on the shelf and I would serve it to its maximum whether I was found innocent or not, told me I would go to trial from jail, and help me sign the paperwork, and innocent man was convicted in the courts and he was okay with it, he might as well be a prosecuting attorney

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
