Bubalo Law PLC has assembled a group of highly skilled trial attorneys. We represent individuals and small businesses that have been injured through the negligence of others. Attorneys with our firm have particular experience with complicated impairments due to prescription drug side effects, accidents, and individual and corporate negligence.In addition to being admitted to practice in several states, individual attorneys have been either certified in advanced areas of practice or recognized for their in-depth knowledge. Greg Bubalo is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).Our attorneys have represented clients throughout the United States in complex pharmaceutical litigation and other multi-district litigation. That representation has involved extensive work with experts and the review, analysis and management of literally millions of documents, both physically and in electronic databases.All our experience is focused into every case for every client. Hired Attorney Kate Dunnington Esq.

Mrs. Dunnington flirted with my husband right in front of me. She was a very strange person who I didn’t find very knowledgeable about our case or particularly kind at all. I’d stir clear of Dunnington Law. It seems to be poorly run by a very inexperience business owner.

Hired Attorney Kate Dunnington Esq.

After my due diligence, I discovered that not only has this lawyer not won a jury trial, she has never even been a part of a jury trial, not even once. Yet her last job at the Becker Law Office & her latest, Kate Dunnington Firm (who names their firm with their first name? So weird), both claim she has been awarded with “best trial attorney.” I don’t appreciate the title & the advertising of “best trial attorney” when she has not even represented any party in a jury trial ever.
