Barry Trifiletti was hired as my counsel, by TVC, for a speeding citation that I received on 8/17/23 in Winchester, KY. He never communicated with me in any way. I called him the day before I was due in court to find out what his plan of action was, to which he replied, "call TVC". Later that week I was informed (by TVC) that my court date had been rescheduled for two months later. Three days before my new court date I received a notification (by TVC) that Mr. Trifiletti had pleaded guilty on my behalf, and that I had until the following day to pay the fine and court costs. Now I'm out $600 plus the fine, and I have the points on my CDL. Hire him at your own risk. You've been warned!
