Attorney Thomas Howard graduated cum laude from Boston College in 1995, and since that time has been providing skilled representation in the fields of intellectual property and commercial litigation. His intellectual property practice includes copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, website infringement, the sending and responding to cease and desist letters, and intellectual property licensing. His commercial litigation practice includes breach of contract, interference with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, conspiracy, fraud, fraudulent transfer, trespass, negligence, nuisance and antitrust.
Attorney Howard also files trademarks and copyrights on behalf of clients in order to protect their intellectual property rights. Further, Attorney Howard represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) when a third-party files an opposition to the approval of a client's trademark registration or a petition to cancel their registered trademark or service mark. Attorney Howard also represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) when they wish to file either an opposition or a petition to cancel.
