I was having a Real Estate closing and I am new to the area. I am so glad that my agent recommended McFarlane Law Office. I enjoyed working with the real estate paralegal at the office ( Susan ) she was AMAZING. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. She went above and beyond in my opinion. The day of closing went without any problems as well. The attorney ( Steve ) was great. That office runs so smoothly I could not believe that it is just the attorney and paralegal working there. Working with Mr. MCFarlane was an awful experience during my real estate closing. His office did not return phone calls, he was not helpful resolving some discrepancy. I had to hire another attorney to complete a quit claim deed he refused to complete prior to closing. Closing at his office was done by his assistant at a small window. He entered the small office without a greeting and did not make eye contact. I've done several closings and this was the worst experience.
