Please fire your wife and paralegal from the practice. Learn that when clients have valid concerns over your lack of performance to address and correct them. Do not lash out at your client saying find someone else. When you have done no work and don't bother responding to the entirety of an email than don't expect to get paid for sub par work, if you can call it that. I paid him 4500 in retainer fee's and paid another almost $500 for one visit just to ask for a continuance. You allow the opposing council to continue representing the other party even though we brought the fact he performed a paid consult with us.
