Hired Law Firm

Took $2000 fee, continued my case for four months for his own personal reasons, forgot who I was and why we were going to court, plead my case UP instead of down, entered a plea of guilty of disorderly conduct with absolutely no attempt for dismissal or explanation of extenuating circumstances and entered a guilty plea, allowing me to pay a fine and accepting a suspended sentence with one year probation.

We are sorry you were not happy with services you received and wish you would have brought your disappointment to our attention. Please let me specify that you can not plead a case up and all clients have the chance to accept or decline a plea agreement.
