I think he only made one mistake and that was putting me on the stand. Due to all the Meds I have to take they got me for that. Them saying I said I was drunk on tape they never had it was lost.
Was very unresponsive, would not return ANY phone calls, was very confident and enthusiastic during initial consultation, however after receiving a retainer for his services, I only talked to him one time in a 20 month period. He was very unprofessional in the way that he conducted business.
Do not recommend, we had strong case evidence he didn’t even bring up. When we first met him he was all for going to trial when the time came he advised us to take the first deal. Really dissatisfied I do not recommend this attorney. For 5k one court date and a years to be on probation this could have been avoided if he would have done his job
