Sweeney Mason LLP has been representing businesses and individuals in the Bay Area since 1990. Joseph Sweeney formed the firm with Roger Mason and Kurt Wilson after his downtown Los Gatos law office was damaged in the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake. Over the years the firm has grown in prominence and is currently well established as a leading law firm in the South Bay Area.

SM is a full service law firm providing substantially all of the legal services required by small and mid-sized companies and serving the estate planning and probate needs of individuals and families. SM represents clients in seven primary areas of the law, including Civil Litigation, Construction, Corporate and Business, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate, and Real Estate law. SM provides its clients with cost effective, result oriented legal representation of the highest caliber.

Hired Attorney Kurt E. Wilson

Kurt took more than enough time to hear my issue and instantly made it about the pursuit of justice, not the pursuit of fees. He went above and beyond to win my case, despite the tedium of our justice system and sloth of process, he was constantly - CONSTANTLY - fighting for me. I was blessed to have him and his firm represent me, and even more blessed to call him a friend after everything he did to fight for my cause. Needless to say I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney Christopher Olson

I have a payroll theft problem at Allied Security Co plus Kaiser Hospital in Harbor City. I hired Christ so after I hired Christ I got Terminated and as I told Christopher he took my case. His own words they been messing with you long enough. He kept me informed and he makes you feel like a human he really cares and honest.I have referred 3 people and only a while ago no 4 from same company I also like to say Christopher will not give you no promises and tell you you get your job back. I highly recommend Christopher and I promise when you call or text he will reply

Hired Attorney Stuart Schmidt

I would highly recommend Stuart Schmidt of the law firm Sweeney, Mason, Wilson Bosomworth. He is very knowledgable and professional. He gave me clear explanations and answers to complicated legal questions and guided me through an intense family situation. He has a very efficient work ethic and is an insightful, effective strategist. I wouldn't hesitate to use Stuart Schmidt again and would feel very confident recommending him to anyone.

Hired Attorney Kurt E. Wilson

Kurt Wilson gave us poor advice at a rate that some would call extortion. He offered to meet with us for $1,500 for a meeting that he proposed should take two hours. Our meeting went a little over that but even at that rate the cost was egregious. The worst part was that the team roundly rejected his advice as bad guidance so we wasted our money and our time. He didn't provide any information on what to bring to the meeting so we wasted time searching for documents that we would have had on hand
