If I could give zero stars, I would. Sosan Akbar is, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and unreliable person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the start, everything was a complete disaster—constant delays, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability. Communication? Nonexistent. When you do manage to get a response, it’s filled with excuses and gaslighting instead of solutions.
