Professional and approachable
I got referred to Patrick a few years ago by Realtor friend of mine for some prop 58 issues I was dealing with. I never ended up hiring him, but wanted to. I initially spoke with him on the phone where he seemed friendly and knowledgeable so I decided to make an appointment with him. When I went to his office he was unable to see me. A few days later, I dropped in to make an appointment and his secretary told me to set it up with him. He was at the office, but was too busy to talk to me for a few minutes. The next day I dropped by his office and he also refused to talk to me. In my opinion, his attention to a client seems to be based on how much money he will make and not based on helping someone out. He may be a good attorney, but his customer service level, in my opinion, has much to be desired. I appreciate him wasting my time and gas.
Horrible experience with Steven Schneider. He took the money that my mother put into a trust for me. He won't return my calls or my emails because he just wants to steal the money that my mother left for me when she died.
Totally incompetent. Incapable of writing a single legal and correct sentence. Unable to state facts and convey them using the correct postal mechanics. This law firm should be avoided at all costs. I'm amazed that these liars were able to pass the bar exam and are currently licensed in the State of California.
