Hired Attorney

Kurt took more than enough time to hear my issue and instantly made it about the pursuit of justice, not the pursuit of fees. He went above and beyond to win my case, despite the tedium of our justice system and sloth of process, he was constantly - CONSTANTLY - fighting for me. I was blessed to have him and his firm represent me, and even more blessed to call him a friend after everything he did to fight for my cause. Needless to say I highly recommend him.

Hired Attorney

Kurt Wilson gave us poor advice at a rate that some would call extortion. He offered to meet with us for $1,500 for a meeting that he proposed should take two hours. Our meeting went a little over that but even at that rate the cost was egregious. The worst part was that the team roundly rejected his advice as bad guidance so we wasted our money and our time. He didn't provide any information on what to bring to the meeting so we wasted time searching for documents that we would have had on hand
