Wasserman, Comden & Casselman, L.L.P. is a law firm established in 1976 with an office in Los Angeles, CA. At this office location, there are 11 lawyers practicing complex litigation, inverse condemnation, public construction contract law and 17 other areas of law.
Trust administration is not a DIY proposition, especially when things are headed toward litigation. My siblings and I found ourselves in this very quandary--without representation and helpless against a cadre of trustees and their counsel. Less than a year ago we hired Charles to help us. In that short span of time, he made us the force to be reckoned with and resolved what I feared was a futile situation. Charles continues to defend us and serve as our advocate and voice.
They have been the best attorneys that I have used and even though I am not in their area I still use them for any and all advice that I may need of a legal nature.
Rudest and most disrespectful woman I have ever talked to. I have an elderly relative who receives SSI benefits, and is at risk of losing it when he receives an insurance settlement payment in the future. When I called for a consultation to ask a few simple questions and explore possibilities about spending the money or setting up a Special Needs Trust, she immediately had an attitude, belittled me, and talked down to me. She blew off almost every question I tried to ask, like “can he buy a house with the money” or “how can he set up a Special Needs Trust”. She talked back to me accusing me of asking bad questions and continuously told me she ‘doesn’t even know me and is talking to me free so I should stop wasting her time.’ She provided zero worthwhile legal advice and I wouldn’t NOT recommend her services to my worst enemies. She needs a serious lesson in communication and interpersonal skills when talking to potential clients, and does NOT deserve any recognition as a lawyer.
