I felt used, mainly because they acted like my situation wasn't important enough for their firm. when I was still awaiting for the settlement I was contacted by a collection firm stating that I owed x amount of money and then after informing my lawyer I was told don't worry about it, but at the close of my claim the collection firm contacted me and informed me that the lawyer DID NOT pay entire balance of the debt due.
5 Years with no notice. Only got action when I notified them of my intent to look for another attorney who would act upon my case. Then I was pressured to settle for 1/10th of what my case was worth. I should of refused to settle and gotten another attorney.

Fact, their client had his church in Oxnard CA reposed by the IRS and now he is coming after a disabled combat veteran and full time collage student. Tell me I'm wrong Lee, Tell me I'm wrong Orly!!!!! Tell me I'm wrong!!! The Superior Court of Ventura has dismissed your case multiple times. You are just embarrassing yourself. Up to you tho.... Tell me how do you justify targeting a disabled combat veteran and a full time collage student? The State Bar of California has been notified!!!!
In the beginning of my case they were helpful got me a dr right away and they promised me all these things so I felt comfortable. However, almost 3 years later I am finally getting paid an amount I find unacceptable. Those years I never was able to really speak to someone no one ever updated me on anything unless I called them. Mind you I work during the hours they are open so it was almost impossible to get in contact. You feel like you are chasing after them to get an update DO NOT RECOMMEND!
They have been sued in the past for legal malpractice and I can see why.
Poor office staff. Legal staff loose important documents. I got the feeling unless your a 1,000,000 case your not a priority.
