Hired Attorney Frank Fox

I’m Maryjane B. I was the victim of a malicious legal action when I was 13. A man named Frank O Fox conspired with my paternal grandmother, her daughter, and husband to file a false restraining order against me,claiming I had hit her. I assert this is completely untrue.my mother had kept Maria away from me since i was three months old when Maria threw heavy pot at me & broke my arm & busted my lip.The key motivation for the false filing was financial gain.Mr. Fox filed the order to make me and my mother "look like bad people" so my father would be deemed not liable to receive checks from the sale of his mothers house to the city for 500k.The legal action was intended to influence insurance companies regarding the house sale proceeds.The alleged conspiracy involved Frank fox, my dads mother & her daughter & husband their plan failed when the r.o was denied & my dads sister and her husband fled with the entire $500k leaving Maria in a psychiatric hospital.These public files ruined mylife

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
