Hired Attorney

ained this firm in a contested probate matter and paid a substantial retainer that was replenished more than once. After paying thousands of dollars, we requested clear guidance regarding projected costs, expected duration, and overall strategy moving forward. Despite multiple requests, we did not receive the clarity we were seeking. Just weeks before our scheduled court hearing, the firm withdrew as counsel, requiring us to urgently secure new representation. Although pleadings "were filed," the case did not advance to litigation before withdrawal. The experience was financially significant and tremendously stressful. We should have read other reviews before retaining counsel. While we would not recommend this firm, we do encourage prospective clients to try and ensure that they have clear expectations regarding billing, long-term strategy, and continuity of representation before proceeding while still being mindful that you may still be dropped in an instance.

Hired Attorney

I hired Steven Vahadi to represent me in a Trust litigation case that I am 1 of 2 Co-Trustees.He agreed to a partial pymt of $3K on a $10K retainer. My personal funds,(reimbursement for Trust property repairs )& inheritance are being denied by Co-Trustee. It was imparitive that our 1st court appearance was to ask for a release of my personal funds and extension of time. I had to take an auto title loan for the $3k bc my only finances is Social Security. An associate zoom called into Court and asked only for extension, leaving me unable to pay his fees. I asked him for clarity and I received a text message that said FILE CLOSED. My $3K is gone and I have Court again in less than 14 days. He's cold hearted and unethical. He will not even respond to me and he has all my paperwork.
