Hired Attorney Margarita Sostrin

1) Unfriendly and unapproachable over the phone. 2) Money first, effectiveness last Adamant about getting fees first instead of focusing on a successful case. Because she did not give me enough lead time, we failed to provide documents on time and had to do multiple rounds. 3) Almost useless in times of crisis/desperation no human/emotional support; no simple/straightforward advice. 4) Poor handling of client's concerns -She unremorsefully and unapologetically shifted blame to others

Hired Attorney Margarita Sostrin

If you want to pay 5 times what others charge, you can go there. This firm is a PR success it appears. I hope you are living in luxury with all that money you made from filling out a single form for $3k.

Hired Law Firm

A poor, painful experience. Missed deadlines consistently. Lawyers (Alexander D) lied to the customer and the government! They're cold and do not have an iota of empathy. Needed to be prodded multiple times to answer basic questions. Answers, if any, were either convoluted / inadequate or came with demands of additional money. To top it all up, the final petition was substandard and contained patently false information! Avoid them, even if they're the last lawyers left on earth.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
