Not a good appellate lawyer. His speaking tone is robotic which is annoying and grinding on ones nerves. He should not be speaking before a court of law b/cause robots are not great to listen to! He was hired for a case which he ruined and lost due to his lack of smarts. He charged lots of $$$$ for his ignorance. He works for a large law firm and you can only guess how they are- big time billing practices. If they charge big then they should produce good results.
