When I had no hope that I could stay in the USA, Rose, Klein Marias gave me hope. Their attorneys were the only ones who told me about a U Visa. Because I was a crime victim at work, I was able to get a visa after all this time. I now have a work permit and drivers license. Please continue to do good and God bless you.

Even when Mr. Samarghachian was unavailable in court or not in the office his administrative assistant or legal would talk to me at any time of the day for as long as I needed. Most of the time when I called the Review Team for the Insurance Company had denied my Doctor's requested services for me and I was quite upset and they stayed on the phone with me until I stopped crying and had calmed down."Mr. S" would call me from his car at 8 or 9 in the evening on some nights.

She is absolutely HORRIBLE! If you want a return email or phone call, look elsewhere. She won't respond IF she's gotten 20K of your settlement. Good riddence! And when I REALLY needed help (3 broken screws at C3) and lost my Neurosurgeon, she wouldn't help. Thanks!!

This firm is very unorganized, lack professionalism from its attorney and demonstrates lack of compassion. People of interest beware of this law firm. When the old partners ran this firm they were exceptional and did right by their clients. It will appear that this firm has all of these young attorneys that are not great attorneys that will put your case in jeopardy in a moment notice. It is to their credibility that the attorneys at this firm think they are top notch above all others. It would appear cases that are easy to conquer and doesn't require work the firm takes these case aboard. Then the firm asks the clients who cases are settled without hassle to write them good reviews to increase the firm's client base. Don't be fooled by all the wonderful enlighten things these attorneys say they can do for you case. More than likely it a pawn to get to to sign up with their firm. This firm drops people cases left and right when the tough gets going. Don't be Fooled By The Hype. Beware!

Unfortunately I do not recommend hiring Mr. Samarghachian. I hired him for a Workers Compensation case in 2015 when I received a concussion and neck injury at work. Reasons why I don’t recommend him: he reneged on a promise to find me a doctor out of state; was difficult to get a hold of including his assistant, seemed to not remember my case when I finally did talk to him, and claimed that there was nothing else he could do which I now know to be false due to my current lawyer’s efforts.
