Hired Attorney

Never use Robert Rees for a Kaiser Arbitration. He is in Kaiser's pocket. He charged $30,000 to rule largely in favor of Kaiser on an MSJ. It took him 98 days after hearing to make the decision; he got the facts and law wrong; and he decided issues not even raised by the moving papers. It took him 119 days after hearing to rule on a demurrer, and he charged $11,000. He "stayed" the case two years while criminal SOLs ran because counsel said he had reported a doctor to law enforcement.
