  Representative Matters: Secured a favorable settlement for a national retailer after the plaintiff sought more than $2 million in damages for injuries sustained while on the client's premises as an employee for another entity not party to the suit.
  Represented the defendant seller in an arbitration relating to a real estate purchase agreement dispute in which the developer/purchaser accused our client of failing to disclose material information pertaining to the property. The plaintiff sought specific performance to convey the property at no cost, damages for delay,
  lost profits of more than $5 million. The arbitrators found in our favor on all causes of action but one, awarding no damages
  only requiring the return of monies paid in deposit by the plaintiff.
