Hiring Attorney Payam Shayani of Pacific Attorney Group for my car accident case was the worst mistake I ever made. He was completely unreliable, impossible to reach for over two and a half years, and never showed up when needed. He misled me with false claims about having the best doctors and even gave questionable medical advice. His behavior was unprofessional and downright disrespectful. Working with him was a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Don’t fall for his deceptive ads like I did—avoid him at all costs.

The worst attorney and law firm you could find—my experience was filled with lack of communication, prolonged case timelines, referrals to the wrong doctors with excessive medical bills, and transfers of my case to other attorneys without any clarification. Empty promises led to a shockingly low outcome, wasting my time and playing with my life.

This law firm is horrible, their communication is zero to none, they don't reply to emails or phone calls , we call & call and ask for updates in my wife's and my case we are told to leave a message that they will call back in the next 24 hiura but nothing, we have called and left multiple voicemails, emails and texts to our lawyer, his assistant, the case manager, the office manager but no response from an6 of them, it has been now 6 weeks that we have been calling every other day requesting updates and nothing.. unethical ,unprofessional, very disappointed. Do not use this law firm. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM.

I am extremely unhappy with this law firm. They make promises but never follow through. If your case is not worth millions, expect to be treated terribly. They don't respond to emails or telephone calls. They don't answer any questions. They make promises to follow up with you and never do. I would never sign with them again.
