Omid Nosrati came to the United States as an immigrant at the age of 6. With no command of the English language and being the child of a large immigrant family struggling to survive, Omid Nosrati had to work extremely hard for everything in life. Along the way to earning an education and working numerous jobs to help pay for his education, he experienced various forms of discrimination based on his national origin and religion. These experiences ultimately shaped his decision to help people who have also suffered from discrimination.
For over 20 years, Omid Nosrati has been vigorously vindicating Plaintiff’s rights. After working as a Plaintiff’s lawyer since 2001, Omid Nosrati decided to establish his own law firm in 2003. Since that time, he has helped countless hard-working individuals reach a satisfactory resolution of their employment matters, resulting in a sense of justice and closure from a difficult chapter in their life.
