About Navid Kanani

Since graduating from Southwestern Law School’s accelerated two-year J.D. program in 2009 and upon his admittance into the California State Bar, Navid has obtained millions of dollars for his clients. Mr. Kanani handles all employment litigation matters, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination and wage and hour claims. Additionally, Mr. Kanani is well versed in personal injury, elder abuse law, estate planning and real estate litigation related matters. Navid is also bi-lingual, a native Farsi speaker representing the Iranian community here in California. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
