Nancy Gray is a seasoned attorney whose career spans various areas of law, with a current focus on employment law disputes, business litigation, and related matters. An alumna of Williams College in Massachusetts, Nancy graduated cum laude with honors in political science before attending Hofstra University School of Law on an academic scholarship. At Hofstra, she distinguished herself as an associate editor for the Hofstra Law Review and received the Am Jur Award in real property. Starting her career as an Assistant District Attorney under Robert Morgenthau and Sterling Johnson, Nancy honed her litigation skills through numerous trials. Her transition to civil litigation saw her working in personal injury and medical malpractice, and later as part of the national litigation defense counsel for a major pharmaceutical company. Since 1987, Nancy's legal practice has included representing diverse clients on complex litigation matters. In 1997, fulfilling her ambition, she established Gray & Associates, P.C., where she offers tailored legal counsel in employment and business law. Beyond her practice, Nancy writes, lectures, and consults on various legal issues, leveraging her expertise to provide insightful legal solutions.
