What can I say about Marky Mark? For one, he defends pedophiles and frankly, that says everything about him. Second, he is by far the most vile, unethical, morally corrupt piece of crap to ever be a lawyer. I need Marcus Kappy to explain what exactly Starbucks and Target runs, trips to the pet store, going for random drives, or even running one single solitary red light constitutes a mother losing custody? Seriously my homie, I would love an explanation. Michael Keplan knows darn well the problem was the paparazzi but since he couldn’t do anything about them, he had to figure out a way to give K-Fcuk full custody. Though I’m sure he didn’t anticipate pushing the mother of his client’s children to have a mental breakdown due to the absolutely ridiculous stipulations placed on her to just get to see her kids twice a week, but he certainly jumped on the chance to completely strip her of all custody at that point.
Mark Vincent Kaplan should have been disbarred years ago. He is in the business of bankrupting opposing party and represents parents who have committed sexual abuse and domestic violence. He has paid off many over the years to retain his rights to practice in California and it is only a matter of time where he will get caught for his unfair and unethical practices. On top of this his fraudulently bills his clients only to justify outrageous RFO requests. He is dependent on his associates to play out his dirty tactics. He will screw both sides over including the children as he could care less don't even bother picking up the phone for a consult.
