Unexpected great result. Thank you J & R law firm. Sorry to add am very disappointed. Many legitimate requests to Mark D. Ruszecki went unheard: 1. No explanation on the legal process of personal injury from the beginning. 2. How the expenses of the medical treatments, transportation and other are calculated ! 2. my previous personal medical records, were only submitted to the insurance company when questioning it, incurring additional legal fees & delays. August 2020 - February 2021. REASSURED ME: "everything will be fine, no law suit and will not affect the case. " 3.my request of the legal documents I am entitled to receive: their response was: "we do not send any document to our clients, unless they ask" I requested them several times by email & texting. Still. The Settlement agreement was like reading foreign language: needed to scratch my head!!! Forwarded it by text, using a link: difficult to read and/or print. Attorneys are very busy & have higher priorities.
