Hired Attorney William Newkirk

Mr. Newkirk's firm had advertised concerning an incident at a facility that I had been at during the time period and I contacted his office concerning the class action suit that was already in motion. I was advised about whether or not I qualified and Mr. Newkirk's firm has been in contact with me since. I appreciate that they stay in contact with me whenever there are legal issues that concern me. I would highly recommend his office.

Hired Law Firm

I am amazed that they are still practicing law. The lawyer that was assigned my case (Jeffrey Bell)show up for the arbitration with absolutely no preparation. The other side's lawyer wiped up the floor with him. He had little if any experience with arbitration; his hands shook all during the proceedings he was so nervous. He brought two pieces of yellow legal paper with some notes scribbled on it. He was incompetent!!!
I lost a very cut and dried case and received nothing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.
