Giselle is a Godsend. After I cleaned up my record, Giselle filed a Motion To Reopen my deportation case. The successful MTR led to filing for a 212c Waiver and Giselle represented me through multiple hard-fought hearings before immigration judges. The waiver was granted, deportation ended, and my Legal Permanent Residence card was returned, dated back to the 80s when it was first issued. Immediately upon receiving the LPR we filed N400 and Giselle accompanied me to the Naturalization interview. Throughout this entire journey Giselle has been extremely tactful in legal maneuvering, clever in finding solutions to dilemmas, and a good-hearted person out to do good in the world. We hired Mr. Shusterman after reading the reviews on AVVO around 8 years ago. But we never met him in person and we were always pushed to work with another attorney in the office. 2 years ago, Mr. Shusterman sold his business and we weren't notified. Thank God we happened to call to find out about my father's case status. It took me a couple days to hunt down the information. Finally got to speak with Mr. Shusterman over the phone. He initially wanted to push me to work with another attorney in the business that he sold to, I said I never hired them also the appeal brief had to be submitted within days. I asked for a refund which he initially agreed then he called and said he'd work on the brief himself. Now fast forward 2 years later, he said my husband's case was denied and Jennifer wouldn't continue to work on the case if we wanted to appeal again. Obviously he didn't even remember the case and did not write the brief himself.

WARNING THIS IS ABSOLUTE TRUE They prey on poor people who can't afford their expensive fees and the attorney lies about helping you. He claims he can get you a waiver and it's not true he wants the money and doesn't care about helping people. He says if he handles the case he will ask for more money. If you ask for an associate he will charge less. Just wrong on all ways. THIS IS HIS MODUM OPERANDUM HE JUST DID EXACTLY THE SAME TO ME.
