A MODEL FOR OTHER ATTORNEYS When I was a young attorney just starting out, my boss was sued by a number of clients. I was named in one of the lawsuits as the Assistant General Counsel, but my boss refused to pay for an attorney to represent me. Martin was recommended to me by a colleague at the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He was able to settle the case by showing that I had no part in the potential misrepresentations. Even though he spent quite a bit of time on the case, he also reduced the fees he charged me as he felt that I was not treated right by my boss or the party suing the company. Not only is he an excellent negotiator, but he wants to do the right thing for the client. I try to live up to his example as an attorney and am forever indebted to the amazing and inspiring Mr. Horwitz. If you need a bright attorney, an excellent negotiator yet also looking out for you, I cannot recommend Martin Horwitz highly enough. Thank you to the GREAT MARTIN HORWITZ, ESQ.!!

Martin Horwitz helped our small non-profit organization extricate itself from a messy fight with a former director, who had mismanaged its finances. Thanks to his excellent work, the former director's made up claims were rebuffed and the non-profit survived and is thriving. We never went to court, but we won decisively. I was so impressed, that I sought him out again with a personal matter. Again, Mr. Horwitz researched the issue and steered me towards the best resolution for my case. I have plenty of experience with lawyers who excel at generating billable hours. This lawyer puts his clients first.
