I am having an issue with my condo's HOA. Allen Farshi returned my call the same day I contacted him and even stayed after hours to give me legal advise. Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Would be happy to use him in the future.

Hired Attorney Allen Farshi

Mr. Farshi helped to resolve my HOA problems very satisfactorily and without going to court. At one point the HOA stated that I owed a $100,000.00 fine. This was incorrect, of course. Their communications were often contradictory.The HOA was not easy to deal with and dragged the proceedings out for several months. In spite of this he fought for and got a satisfactory conclusion to my HOA problems. All fines were justifiably waived. His service and legal knowledge in these matters were of the highest caliber. I can readily recommend him.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
