Obtained an eight (8) figure (confidential) settlement on behalf of client on the eve of arbitration before the ICDR. Represented regional consulting business against the nation's largest wireless voice
data provider in a commercial dispute. Obtained an eight (8) figure (confidential)settlement on behalf of client. Telemasters, Inc. v. The Vintage Club Master Association (U.S.D.C. Cal. Central District Case No. 05-05139). Co-chaired the trial team that was awarded a sub-million dollar jury verdict in a business
intellectual property dispute on behalf of a telecommunications company. Represented Foxconn/Hon Hai (the world's largest sub-manufacturer of commercial electronics) in a in a commercial
