I had an urgent IRS issue. David Holtz was amazing! He helped me resolve the problem ASAP, using his superlative knowledge of tax law, and his experience as an IRS attorney. I am an attorney myself and a "hard grader," but David Holtz and his team are among the very best I have ever encountered in over 40 years of practice in NY and California. I give them the highest recommendation. In my opinion, there is no one better if you have an IRS problem.

Hired Attorney Gary M. Slavett

I hired this lawyer in 2015 for a tax matter.he never told me that I cna file an innocent spouse.He put me and fraudulent husband together.I paid all hisinvoices.at the end after he got a settlement with IRS and I agreed to it.Gary slavett did not sign it in 2018 and never told me that he has not signed it.I lost the trust to lawyers.unresponsive and no communication He did not have ability to pick up phone or e mail me.put me through suffering.
