Hired Attorney

Not to be trusted. Overbilled. Led me to slaughter in an arbitration with no chance of success. Unavailable at critical time for settlement. Told me valid case with offsets and chance of success. Told Wall Street Journal my type of case has a 1% chance of success.

Hired Attorney

H. Thomas Fehn hosed me for $38,000 on another of his fraudulent real estate transactions. Misrepresented everything, lied about everything else. Failed to disclose material facts. Made oral and written promises he never intended to perform. Committed perjury under California law. Fehn was finally arrested for felony assault. His license was suspended for securities fraud. You'd be better off hiring Rudy Guiliani.
