Hired Attorney

Don't get sucked into this guys bs! What's the number one thing that people look for in lawyers? (at least it was for us) For him to listen to you! We wanted someone to listen to us to tell our side of the story about the illegal search and seizure. Yeah he will do that real good right before you pay him. He talked a good game about how he was going to do a motion to suppress. But at the hearing he did nothing! He folded like a house of cards. He was not prepared. He offered no argument, no court cases, nothing! He basically sat there and did NOTHING! After he failed miserably on the motion to suppress, The D.A. offer went from 18 months to 3 years. So basically I paid $30k to double my time. Keep in mind i can understand if he went in there and at least tried to argue the illegal search and seizure, maybe had a court case or two in our favor. If we lost, then ok, at least he tried. But this con man did nothing! Learn from my mistake. Do not hire this conman.
