Giovanni H. Falcon is a Managing Attorney in the Pre-Litigation Department at LA City Law. With years of experience handling civil litigation matters, Giovanni brings a strategic, litigation-focused approach to every personal injury case he manages. Before joining LA City Law, he practiced as a litigation attorney at Vistas Law Group, LLP, where he handled a wide range of civil litigation matters. His litigation background allows him to effectively evaluate claims, negotiate with insurance carriers, and prepare cases for litigation when necessary.
Known for his composed yet aggressive advocacy, Giovanni has helped secure millions of dollars in settlements for injured clients. He is passionate about representing accident victims and guiding them through the legal process with care, diligence, and strong advocacy. His experience on both the litigation and pre-litigation sides gives him a well-rounded perspective that helps him pursue the best possible outcome for each client.
Giovanni earned his undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in Irvine. During law school, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Western State Law Review, where he oversaw the publication of a legal journal and authored Class Action Waivers – The Modern David and Goliath Battle Sparked by Ambiguous Arbitration Clauses. He was also recognized as a Dean’s Fellow, was a member of Alpha Phi Sigma, the national criminal justice honor society, and received the Witkin Award for Excellence in Federal Income Taxation. Giovanni also clerked for the Honorable Judge Deidre Hill at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and externed with Western State’s Immigration Clinic, where he successfully helped an asylum client obtain lawful residency in the United States.
