Robert Arabian is one of the best Trust attorneys in LA. He assisted our family with a Trust restatement. The previous attorney that initially set up our trust, did a terrible job. There were so many gaps. In reviewing the Trust, Robert made us aware of some additional holes that could have really caused problems but he cleaned it up with a much better restatement. Robert is smart, sharp, experienced and has the patience, sense of humor and knowledge to explain things in detail and simple terms. He explained the "how, why, and ifs" in different ways so we could fully understand all options and clauses. Where do I start? AMAZING that’s where! This law firm is extremely professional, responsive and experts in their field. They do everything estate planning related. Well, we had a big problem. My mother died and all of their bank accounts, two houses and stock were never registered in the name of the trust. My dad could not get any of it without paying thousands of dollars to California (probate). We were referred to Gifford, Dearing and Abernathy from a friend who used them in the past. Robert Arabian handled our case and he immediately said there is a loophole that would allow us to avoid paying probate and enter the property in the trust after the fact. We needed to restate our living trust due to some changes since it was originally drafted. I thought my last trust was fairly complete until I reviewed our newly restated one.
