Hired Attorney Adam Gafni

I have hired Adam to assist me with several issues over the last 15 years: from negotiating contracts regarding equity and employment, to protecting my partner's intellectual property, to helping me get whole when others have acted in bad faith, to helping me avoid costly mistakes in the first place. He is careful and methodical, but can also creative problem solver when the circumstances require. He has deep, experiential knowledge in practical legal matters and has always been effective in protecting my interests. Hired Attorney Adam Gafni

Adam has represented my family and I in multiple commercial real estate matters including: purchase contract negotiations, complex commercial lease matters and commercial tenant evictions. What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
