After hiring Teri Pham on a flat rate basis who demanded the $20,000.00 be paid in advance I paid the entire fee and then as we prepared for our first hearing just 10 days later two days before the hearing she demanded another $30,000 in advance or said she wouldn't attend the hearing. I was forced to hire new counsel in Los Angeles who with no time to prepare list the arbitration hearing sending me into 4 years of civil litigation. New counsel in Nevada is preparing a $1mm legal malpractice case against Oham. New counsel is preparing a legal malpractice case seeing $1mm in damages in Nevada.

Horrible! After he charged for prenuptial and I wanted to make amendments. He just turned ghost. No reply and did not want to do anything after big charging So disappointed. Not professional. Not worth it

I have the misfortune of hiring David for a simple prenup. The only time the man was receptive and attentive was when he was trying to get his retainer. In my opinion he is not suited to be in the legal profession. He is an egotist according to all his counterparts. DO NOT HIRE HIM!

The absolute worst! Non responsive to emails, phone calls. Cancels meetings at the very last minute. Doesn't return phone calls. Unprepared for trial!! Horrible orator!!! Does not speak with authority. Speaks with tremendous hesitation. The absolute worst!! He was a walking zombie through the entire hearing. Would not recommend. In fact STAY AWAY!!!!
