In addition, Doug has extensive experience in trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, as well as a wide range of trademark, copyright, and patent infringement litigation matters throughout the U.S.

He has a careful and systematic approach to complex intellectual property matters that allows him to bring cases to the most favorable conclusion for his clients.
Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Doug was a partner at Sheldon Mak & Anderson, a California-based full-service intellectual property law firm.
