I worked with David in the past dealmaking was never a problem for him. The moment he was actually have to fight and fight the way the client wanted, which was legally sound. He dropped the case. he refused to take any input from his client, which is a violation of a sworn oath, to not communicate properly with your client with held a deal with the DA was making for over six weeks I had to ask is there any news which I should not have to do when I hired him for a family law case he did not file the content the way he was asked to do there were four different contempt occasions he only filed one in charge of the $7500 which he dropped in the middle, leaving grandparents and father, without anything except loss of money and HEART
Took $5000 from ME and didn’t File one single paper besides the substitution of attorney! Went into cahoot with the opposing counsel to the point of offering her his testimony! Broke the client and attorney oath & relationship by talking to opposing defendant and a former neighbor attorney who I was in litigation with in the past! He refused to file witness list, exhibit list and only agreed with the opposing counsel’s filings! I had to hire some one else to take over right prior to trial! Day of trial I saw david with 4 cases at 8:30 AM lol talk about unethical calendaring! Obviously he took my $5000 & Ran! Said he would “ sue” me if I reported him to the Ca Bar Association! He is a pathological liar only after $! I do NOT recommend him at all! You will LOSE your case & money! Do NOT recommend at all
