I would not recommend working with David Swedelson. Throughout our legal process, he lacked the understanding of the law and sensitivity needed when dealing with disability-related issues and reasonable accommodations. His approach was overly aggressive, and he refused to schedule a meeting to discuss. The situation caused unnecessary stress for my family, especially my disabled wife, and it seemed as though personal feelings influenced decisions that should have been handled professionally. After having lost several times in court, our HOA ultimately was forced to pay us a large amount in restitution, and David, who has worked with our HOA for 15 years, was abruptly fired. I see another review referred to him as a buffoon, which is a perfect description of his incompetence.
