This is a crooked Atty. whom specializes in Taxes, took on a case with a crooked person whom has a APS claim against them. Aty. is attempting to bully and harass me to assist someone file false and fraudulent claims against me. Aty. has no idea who he is representing and what this person really is about, which is wherever (they think) they can make a dollar no matter how they obtain it. I've attempted on numerous occasions to speak to this Aty. but he won't take my calls or provide email. He shows up to court full of lies that he tells the Judge. "oh your honor I'm going to serve them, "it's hard to find them", I served them in the newspaper". Stop wasting my time and the courts time with this frivolous lawsuit.
Lousy! Ambulance Chaser! If you're looking for unscrupulous, he's perfect! He will come outside his specialty if he feels he can make a dollar. This is the kind of person that will take on any case for the right money. He will lie and stutter in front of you when he knows he's caught lying. He doesn't care about the truth because he will spin a lie to make it sound good to the Court.
